Emmanuel-DE-Great Education and Empowerment Foundation is a non-governmental organization founded by HRH Igwe Dr Emmanuel Oluchukwu Ugwu, the traditional ruler of Ibagwa Nike Autonomous Community, Enugu State, Nigeria. Prior to the formation and registration of this organization. The founder has been a philanthropist engaged in so many developmental programs in physical infrastructure and human capital development in Ibagwa Nike and beyond.

Due to economic recession and high rate of poverty in Nigeria, there have been increase in number of vulnerable people and destitute who are poor beyond imagination. There is increase in poverty related issues like Child Labour, Malnutrition, school drop-out, orphans and widows who rely on the benevolence of others to survive. Therefore, His Highness deemed it fit to use this medium to raise funds from the private and public sectors to sustain his poverty alleviation programs in the community and beyond. His Royal Highness is making a frantic effort to build the future of this community. Therefore, his purpose this year is to build on human capital development of the community. His core area is on education and health of the youth as enshrined in the article three, section 1, 2 and 3 of the constitution of this organization.
